As I write this newsletter, it is the day of the first debate between Harris and Trump. Obviously, you are reading this after the event. You may have guessed where my personal choice is —
As a Childless Dog Lady, we all should have our choices.
Around the world, many do not have choices. Ukraine is a very sad situation where many of the citizens have stepped up to protect their country. Some of you may not remember when I appeared on Robert Rose’s television show, RAW TRAVEL TV in Episode 10-15 “The Art of Living”.
Rob does not lay around on tropical sandy beaches with an umbrella drink in his hands. He gives back in huge ways. A series that IS important is the filming with crew titled “My Summer in Ukraine”. He brings with him assistance for relief efforts and to look at truth in war. Today, we wear our shirts PROUDLY, including our pup, Tarynn. We know every penny goes to their support.

In addition to remembering those in other war torn countries, you may recognize the announcement of the passing of Mark Hancock. His contribution to the research and production of the film “Headhunt Revisited” was enormous. Life-partner, Lisa Goldsmith, brought the box full of research material to my home. When I held it in my hands, it brought tears of knowing the hours of work that Mark contributed. Also just recently announced, was the receipt of an Honorary PhD from Gratz College for the studies conducted regarding the Holocaust and Genocide Program. I am heartbroken that I cannot attend The Celebration of Life but in lieu of flowers and in his memory, a donation was made to the International League of Conservation Photographers. As you may be aware of, iLCP was and is today, committed to the support of visual storytellers – as was Mark.
