Collector First Edition Book Set

Caroline Mytinger’s first book, Headhunting in the Solomon Islands published in 1942. In excellent condition, the book chronicles the first half of the expedition with her dear friend, Margaret Warner. Her second book, New Guinea Headhunt, was published in 1946 with a small print run.  It is much more difficult to find which makes it more valuable. Both books are signed by Caroline, have dust jackets and protected in acid free cover.  This special pair is at the top of my personal collection.  They are both incredible reads and if you like history, adventure and art, these books should be on your shelf.
